Once your Tax Free purchase has been successfully validated, the validation will be registered with Pie VAT and your claim can move forward for processing.
Open the Pie VAT app to check the status of your claim and see if there are any remaining steps you need to complete.
If everything is complete, you can continue your journey - there's nothing else you need to do at the validation point.
What about my refund?
Once your claim has been completed and approved, we'll process your VAT refund. You can follow the status directly in the Pie VAT app.
