Once you have completed the required steps for your Tax Free claim, Pie will review it.
If everything is in order and your claim is approved, your refund will become available in your Pie Wallet in the Pie VAT app.
How do I receive the money?
Your refund is not automatically transferred from your Pie Wallet.
To receive your money:
Open your Pie Wallet in the Pie VAT app.
Add or select an available withdrawal method.
Tap Withdraw Refund and submit your withdrawal.
The withdrawal methods available to you may depend on your selected currency.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Once you have submitted your withdrawal, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the money to reach your chosen withdrawal method.
