Your departure details help us understand where and how you're leaving Norway, so we can guide you through the correct steps for your Tax Free claim.

The process may be different depending on your departure point. Once you've added your travel details, the Pie VAT app will show you what you need to do next and whether anything needs to be completed before you leave Norway.

We recommend adding your departure details as soon as you know your travel plans. This gives you enough time to complete any required steps before departure.

If your departure details change, make sure to update them in the Pie VAT app so the instructions you receive are correct for your journey.
