Where do I enter my claim code?

Learn where to enter your 6-digit Claim Code to find your Tax Free purchase in the Pie VAT app.

You can enter your personal 6-digit Claim Code directly in the Pie VAT app.

How to claim your purchase

  1. Open the Pie VAT app

  2. Select the option to claim your Tax Free purchase

  3. Enter your 6-digit Claim Code

  4. Your Tax Free purchase will be added to your account

  5. Follow the instructions in the app to complete your claim

Your Claim Code is sent to the phone number or email address you provided when the store created your Tax Free order. The store may also have written it down for you in your Pie VAT brochure.

Can't find your Claim Code?

First, check your SMS and email.
