Once the store has created your Tax Free order, you can continue your claim in the Pie VAT app.
1. Claim your purchase
Enter the personal 6-digit Claim Code you received by SMS, email or from the store.
Your Tax Free purchase will then be added to your Pie VAT account.
2. Complete the required information
Follow the steps in the app to complete your claim. You may be asked to:
Add or confirm your personal information
Add your Travel ID
Upload your purchase receipt
Add your departure details
The app will let you know if anything is missing.
3. Tell us how you're leaving Norway
Add your departure details before you travel.
This is important, as the steps required to complete your claim depend on where and how you are leaving Norway.
4. Follow the instructions in the app
Once you've added your departure details, the Pie VAT app will show you what you need to do next.
Make sure you complete all the steps shown in the app for your journey.
Before leaving Norway
Keep your original receipt and purchased goods with you until your Tax Free claim has been completed.
