When the store creates your Tax Free order, you’ll be asked to provide your phone number or email address.
Once the order has been created, you’ll receive a personal 6-digit Claim Code by SMS or email. You’ll need this code to find and claim your purchase in the Pie VAT app.
The store may also write your Claim Code in the Pie VAT brochure provided to you.
Before leaving the store
Make sure you have:
Your 6-digit Claim Code – either by SMS, email or from the store
Your original purchase receipt
Your purchased goods
Keep your receipt and goods with you, as you may need them later to complete your Tax Free claim.
Once you have your Claim Code, open the Pie VAT app and follow the instructions to claim your purchase and continue with the next steps.
Didn't receive your Claim Code?
If you haven't received your Claim Code by SMS or email, ask the store for the code before leaving. The store can find the Claim Code for the Tax Free order they created for you.
