Use the operating hours below to plan your DIVA validation. At the airport, follow signs for Tax Free, DIVA, or Customs (Aduanas). DIVA kiosks are typically located near the Customs office. If you cannot find one, ask airport staff for directions.

If there isn't a DIVA kiosk nearby or it is unavailable, visit the Customs (Aduanas) office. Customs can manually validate your tax-free documents before you leave the EU.
