Starting January 1, 2026, the export validation done at airports in the Netherlands for tourists that shopped in the Netherlands and are leaving the EU from there is digital - you will no longer be able to get a stamp on a physical form (unless they are for purchases done in other EU countries).
To obtain this digital validation, the most direct way is via the NL Government's mobile app:

Once you have obtained this digital validation, you can then proceed in the Pie VAT app to receive your refund.
