Customs at ARN Airport is located before security. There are two desks:
Head to the tax refund desk when you arrive at the airport for your return flight.
Do this before checking in your baggage to make sure you have all items and receipts for customs inspection - it's an easy mistake to make but if the customs can't check your items they can't stamp your claim 💮
The Customs Desk on the airport grounds is open at all times however there can be queues for this service so we recommend that you arrive at the airport within plenty of time to be able to get the stamp.
Airport Grounds
Go to the Bus stop between Terminal 4 and 5
Take the P2 or P3 bus to Tulls/Customs, it will take about 5 minutes to get there
The bus stops at the terminal every 10-15 minutes.
Terminal 5
The Customs Office is located on Floor 2 in the middle of Terminal 5.
