Digital Validation:
To obtain digital validation, you can either:
1) Download the government's NL Customs App (iOS: https://apps.apple.com/jp/app/nl-customs-vat/id1592523001?l=en-US
2) Go to Customs counters for help.
Location of the customs counters:
In departure hall 3, on the 1st floor near check-in counter 30
Near Lounge 3 (the start of the F pier)
You must obtain your Digital Validation when you are at the airport. Once you have this information, you can then proceed with your refund with Pie (see the Pie App for instructions)
