NOTE: For Pie VAT refund requests going through Customs in France, you will NOT use the PABLO automated system. Instead, you must go to the customs desk (usually located next to the PABLO automated kiosks) to obtain a physical stamp on the receipt (and filled out sticker).

Customs at Charles De Gaulle airport is located before security 🛫

Go to the tax refund desk when you arrive at the airport for your return flight.

You should do this before checking in your baggage to make sure you have all items and documents for customs inspection 🧳

Customs desks (Détaxe) are open during flight operation hours.
