I tried to withdraw my refund but it failed. What should I do?

We are sorry for this inconvenience. We kindly ask you to do the following:
- If your payout method is a bank account, please check that the information is correct (account name, account number).
- If your payout method is a credit/debit card: please check that the card number is correct and that you have chosen the right payout currency.
Example: you have purchased goods in Norway (in NOK) and hold a french credit card. You need to choose Euros (EUR) as your payout currency.
Please note that some credit card issuing companies do not accept payments to their credit card. If your credit card is one of those, you will see an error message on our app. If you see an error message, please try a different card or bank account.
