Not all countries offer tax-free shopping. Not only that, different countries have different rules on who can claim their VAT back - you're always welcome to message us to ask us questions about this!

So if you're shopping in Denmark 🇩🇰, Sweden 🇸🇪, or Germany 🇩🇪 - you must be a resident of a non-EU country (for example 🇬🇧 🇺🇸 🇦🇪 🇹🇷) or Norway 🇳🇴.

If you are shopping in Norway 🇳🇴, you must not be a resident of another Scandinavian country (Denmark 🇩🇰, Sweden 🇸🇪, Norway 🇩🇰, Finland 🇫🇮).
