If you are applying for tax exemption using the Visit Japan Web Tax-Free QR Code, please follow the steps below to complete your application.

  1. Open the Visit Japan Web Tax-Free QR Code screen

    and take a screenshot of it.

  2. Back in the app, tap Document Photo, select Photo Gallery, and upload the screenshot of your Visit Japan Web QR Code.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your application.
